Alison has been with Hygain for four years, joining the team after selling her training property. She has loved horses from an early age, starting in Pony Club and progressing through thoroughbred and harness racing stables. Alison has trained, driven, ridden and travelled with horses both around Australia and overseas, bringing extensive hands-on experience to her role.
Her role involves visiting stores, distributors, racetracks, trainers and farms across Victoria. She assists customers with promotions, troubleshooting feed issues, and providing reassurance about feeding routines to ensure horses receive the best nutrition for their needs.
Alison’s own horses include Sunshine Band, a standardbred who won four Group One races and took her and her husband across Australia and to the US. Her favourite Hygain® products are Safeguard EQ®, a multi-strain mycotoxin binder, and Victory®, a clean-looking feed with reduced fines and a stomach acid buffer, delivering excellent results across all disciplines.
Outside work, Alison loves hearing customers’ horse stories, watching top sporting events and sharing a glass of red or white (or whatever her husband offers!).
