Entry is free and open to Australian residents. No purchase is necessary to participate. Entry to the Promotion commences on 1/06/2021 and closes at on conclusion of each event. Eligibility Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are judged as a winner. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a must be a citizen of Australia. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter. Entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. To Enter the primary competition, the participants must complete the entry form and tell us in 25 words or less why you would like to win a month of Hygain© within the promotion period. Entries must be submitted by the entrant, automated entries will not be valid.  Entries must be submitted by the online survey form.  Hygain Group employees and their immediate family members and Retail partners, Distributors and their employees are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. Prizes. The winner will win a month’s supply of Hygain© based on the recommendations from the Nutrition Analysis conducted through Nutrikey.  This will be limited to a bag of Hygain feed per week for each winner’s horse. Only one horse per owner will receive the prize. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize Draw: The Judges will award the prize in the promotion to the Participant who is responsible for the most creative/emotive entry as deemed by them during the promotion period. This is a game of skill. The judging will take place within the first 10 business days after the end of the promotion period. The winners will be notified via email within 14 business days after the end of the promotion period The Winners will also be announced on the Hygain Australia Facebook Page. Hygain Group will contact the winners to arrange the supply of their Hygain feed prize after each winner has completed their Nutrikey diet. Inappropriate Content Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content Rights Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
